You need to be aware that AI chatbots like ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, et al act with extreme confirmation bias. More and more, I am seeing organisations employ generative AI to write emails, craft formal letters to employees, even develop entire policies. But almost always, the content is fundamentally flawed and legally inadmissible. Remember, these tools are, by definition, large language models (that is, a chatbot). So be very careful, and get in touch so I can ensure what it’s produced for you is actually reliable.
