Can you help us rewrite our constitution?
Yes. We help work out what your constitution or rules should say and put it in plain English. Changing your rules has its own formal steps, such as a members’ vote and notifying your regulator, so check what applies to you and get legal advice where it’s needed.
Do you help with AGMs?
Yes. How to run meetings properly, including AGMs, is part of this work.
