Essentials

$495 / month

Basic governance and compliance support, policy updates, committee support and reporting templates. 2–3 hours. For small teams that need a steady hand.

Core

$950 / month

Monthly advice and hands-on help with governance, HR, policies, strategic follow-up and reporting. Up to 6 hours. For organisations with a small staff team.

Full-service

$1,650 / month

Outsourced operations partner: advice, policy, board support, HR tools, finance help and project delivery. Up to 10 hours and priority access.

What sets the price

Essentials is $495 a month for 2–3 hours. Core is $950 a month for up to 6 hours. Full-service is $1,650 a month for up to 10 hours and priority access. All prices include GST. Work beyond the monthly hours is quoted before it starts.

What if we need more help one month?

Can we start with a one-off project instead?

Yes. Our other services are one-off projects, and the $295 Check-Up is redeemable against project or retainer work.
