01

What it is

Hands-on help setting up the systems a small team runs on, such as Deputy for rosters, Xero for the books and SharePoint for documents.

02

Who it’s for

Small teams and not-for-profits that have outgrown their systems, or have new software and need it set up properly.

03

What we do

Set the tool up to match your people, roles and processes, move your existing files and templates in, and write short how-to notes.

04

What you get

A system your team can use on Monday, and a setup that lives on paper rather than in one person’s head.

How setup works

01 · How you work

Who does what, who approves what, and what the system needs to do for you, worked out before anything is switched on.

02 · Set up

People, roles, permissions and settings configured to match how you actually operate.

03 · Move in

Your existing policies, forms, templates and lists brought across, with one current version of each.

04 · Hand over

Short how-to notes, a walkthrough for the people who’ll use it, and logins and licences in your organisation’s name.

What’s in the work

  • Rosters, timesheets and leave set up in tools like Deputy, in line with your rostering rules
  • Accounting and reporting set up in tools like Xero, so the reports match what your board needs
  • Document libraries in SharePoint or similar: folders, naming and permissions, so there is one current version of each policy and form
  • Moving your existing files, templates and lists into the new setup
  • Who can see and change what, with sensitive records kept in fewer hands

What you walk away with

  • A system set up around how you work
  • Short how-to notes your team will actually open
  • Accounts and licences held by the organisation, in its name
  • A setup the next person can pick up

What sets the price

Setup work is quoted once we know which system you’re using, how many people will use it and what needs to move across, and the written quote is the fee.

Common questions

Which systems do you help with?

Deputy, Xero and SharePoint, and similar workplace systems for rosters, accounts and documents. Tell us what you use, or are looking at, on a free discovery call.

Who owns the accounts and logins?

Your organisation. Logins and licences should sit in the organisation’s name rather than a personal account, so the system stays when a person moves on.

Can the setup follow our policies?

Yes. Where you have policies on rostering, leave or record keeping, we set the system up to follow them, so the tool and the policy say the same thing.
