The floor ($1,800) is a focused session and a clear written plan. The ceiling ($5,500) is the full process: consultation, facilitation, a designed plan and a roadmap. Most organisations land in between, once we know who needs to be in the room.

Do you work with businesses and councils as well as not-for-profits?
Yes. We work with Australian not-for-profits, businesses and local government teams.
We already have a strategic plan nobody reads. Do we need a new one?
Not always. A short year-ahead brief — three to five outcomes, who owns each one, simple measures and the big dates — can put the plan you have back to work.
What does it cost?
From $1,800 for a focused session and written plan, up to $5,500 for the full process. All prices include GST, and the written quote is the fee.
